Tasneem Mohamed
Innovation Director and co-founder of think SA
Driven by the design of ground-breaking socio-economic development blueprints, Tasneem heads up the business strategy. Having established a series of business brands, she is regarded as a serial idea generator and is a lead facilitator on strategic think assignments.
With an innate ability to draw insights from multiple sources of information, identify the innovation gap, and map out sustainable innovation blueprints, Tasneem adds invaluable knowledge and experience to boards and leaders across all spheres from business to government.
With a myriad of skills in Human Resources, leadership and skills development, programme design, Gen Z and Millennial development, Customer Experience, product and service design, entrepreneurship and business incubator design, BBBEE, marketing and branding, and 21st-century learning, she is able to draw on her diverse knowledge base to carve out sustainable innovative solutions.
Tasneem has a BA in HR and Communications, with specialisation in advertising. She is a certified trainer and assessor, as well as a trained global innovation management practitioner through think.
An aspiring author, she is currently writing a book on innovation and creative leadership frameworks, but when she’s not thinking about what’s next, Tasneem is dreaming of her next travel destination and grooming her two sons into next-generation thinkers and doers.
Ayesha Patel
Innovations Ops Director and co-founder of think SA
Passionate about people development and process design, Ayesha is an expert HR professional with skills across full-function talent management and specialist recruitment expertise.
Prior to co-founding think, Ayesha earned a BCOM Industrial Psychology degree and worked locally and internationally. She is also a certified assessor and moderator, as well as a qualified think Innovation Management practitioner who has designed and rolled out innovative graduate and training development programmes and successfully trained many people over the span of her career.
With a wide network of highly skilled facilitators across the country, Ayesha is actively engaged in the design of entrepreneurship and skills programmes for think clients and is particularly passionate about youth and entrepreneur development.
While she excels at Quality Assurance, high-impact delivery of programmes and post-programme support, her training expertise exists across these disciplines: recruitment, graduate development, career planning, 21st-century learning, creativity, human resource management, performance management, and soft skills training across numerous disciplines.
A world traveller at heart, Ayesha is also a busy mum to three kids, one of whom is a potential Olympic swimmer in the making!
